
Stuffing Ingredients:
1/2 cup crab meat shredded*
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1/3 cup of kewpie mayo*
Fish ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets, thawed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix together all stuffing ingredients. Cut a slit into the center of fish, making a pocket for the filling. Fill each pocket with 1/4 of the filling. Brush fish with melted butter. Sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper and seafood seasoning on top of the fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Fish will flake apart when done. Serve with your favorite cream sauce on top and a lemon wedge.
